Your mission:
You will be the first point of contact for Client’s Marketing teams in the coordination of packaging / e-commerce development projects.

• Ensure the daily coordination of the production: manage workflows, summarize information received from the customer, follow-up of the quality of the production, ensure deadlines are met.
• Point of contact for technical aspects: participation in technical meetings (launch of range, contact with the printers, etc.), press passing, technical point of contact for proof management.

You will be accountable for:
• Detecting anomalies within the files and alerting the team,
• Coordinating the artwork production between our team and clients,
• Ensuring the deadlines are met,
• Providing the client and production team with clear visibility on the timing and the global roadmap
• Responsible for the development and execution of packaging ranges,
• Ensuring compliance with the company's internal process as well as the client's process
• Driving continuous improvement pipeline for artwork process and ensure alignment with global artwork process
• Maintaining and developing SGSco’s relationship with the Client.

Requirements :
• Good technical skills, excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging (artwork and reprography/prepress), printing processes (offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing and colour management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• You like working on a team and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are organized, rigorous and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack

We are currently seeking an Onsite Packaging Project Manager to join us and manage our packaging design, artwork and pre-press projects, for one of our highest profile, Barcelona based clients.
The purpose of this position is to facilitate jobs in the execution phase of our Client’s artwork process for packaging production.
As a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues, you will communicate with the client, design firms and SGS&CO production to ensure proper printability for packaging.
As a key figure within the process, you will help maintain and improve SGS&CO´s relationship with the Client. Your primary concern will be to coordinate packaging change projects. The Onsite Project Manager is the primary resource to the Client and the key point of contact to the studio at SGS&CO.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results:
Client Interaction
· Consult with Client during the artwork (exe) and pre-press(repro) development
· Be a brand guardian by supporting client in terms of brand development and consistency
· Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to key stakeholders.
· Collate accurate client briefings
· Attend any pre-production meetings (or other meetings), per request of the Client
· Respond in a timely manner to Clients
· Establish a good and professional working relationship with our client and design firm(s)
· Communicate artwork issues with the Client/Studio
· Communicate minor issues direct with design firms. If timing is impacted, contact Client
· Document all critical and pertinent information that may impact quality
· Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business

Project Coordination
· Gather, coordinate and communicate job-related information to production to ensure highest level of service delivery
· Coordinate pre artwork calls with production and print technical management
· Verify technical supplied data is correct to supplied art
· Schedule and see that deadlines are being met on all aspects of the project
· Review PDFs for questions/comments
· Understand the Client’s process (deliverables, rework)
· Order entry (ensure orders are complete and concise when delivered to production)

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some College/associate’s degree preferred in Marketing, Design production, Food packaging or similar.
· 2-4 years’ experience preferred
· Experience in the design, print or production art industry.
· English & Spanish Proficient
· Ability to work independently after initial training

We are currently seeking an Onsite Design to Delivery Brand Manager to join our team on an initial contract basis.
In this role, you will lead on the development of all packaging and digital content, from conception right through to delivery, managing all aspects of the flow of packaging related visual communications for all brand innovation and renovation projects.

This role would suit an individual with experience touching all stages of the graphics chain looking to take their next step into a role that will offer the autonomy to shape how we work with the client both now and in the future. You will interact with stakeholders globally, as well as external agencies, and take full responsibility for the successful project management and delivery of projects in scope.

What you'll do:
· Coordinate the artwork production between agencies, printers and client
· Ensure the deadlines are met, checking the progress with production, and managing and coordinating the project on-time and on-quality
· Provide the client and production team with clear visibility on the timing and the global roadmap
· Develop and execute packaging ranges, and lead on all packaging development stages
· Ensure validation process of key elements on pack
· Input all key packaging elements in internal digital interfaces, managing market translations and validations requiring high precision
· Brief pre-press/repro partner providing the required technical printing and supply chain details required
· Manage relationship with in-house and/or external adaptation partners
· Deliver all required files to printers and ensures proof printing control with the related suppliers
· Support digital archiving of packaging and design assets on internal platform, and manage photography and illustration rights
· Support marketing in making appropriate current and future choices to ensure the best ultimate execution
· Ensure solid financial control of budgets

What you'll have:
· 4+ years design/pre-press agency experience in account management and/or project management
· Experience in working in cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and experience managing packaging artwork projects from brief development through to print execution
· Excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging (artwork and reprography), printing processes (offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing and colour management
· Business professional fluent English (orally and written) with either Spanish and/or French ability preferred in addition

Position Summary
Are you a highly organised and highly personable Project Manager who wants to work on some of the biggest brands out there?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for FMCG packaging. You’ll be working on world famous brands within a dedicated client servicing team.

This is a remote role with travel to the clients office. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of specific client projects, planning projects, managing artwork to agreed timeframes and delivering work within client budget. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects remain within the agreed parameters of the brief and any agreed SLA. As a key contact for our clients, you will be managing all aspects of their Design to Print process ensuring client service excellence is met, providing regular status updates and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, monitoring timelines from a project and individual artwork level. We use a large amount of systems, you’ll be working across two different systems (ours and our clients) to manage projects of work coming through our studio to print and making sure all internal documentation is update and accurate.

You’ll ideally come from a production/packaging background due to the nature of the work, but if not then you’ll have a creative design background with good project management skills, and you can pick up the systems and processes when you’re with us - so you’ll either be an Account Manager, Senior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator.

Great communication skills are essential as you’ll be building and maintaining the relationships across all areas that are essential to your success in this role such as liaising with the Production Teams on a daily basis to get answers to solve any problems you’re facing.

Experience and understanding of adaptive design, artwork and prepress is essential, particularly in the retail and printer sector, as well as someone with leadership skills to help manage and motivate the team.

You must be Client Facing and be confident within this environment. You will also be expected to pacify Marketeers and Brand Managers whilst working to the constraints of the Printing Process. You will also be responsible for writing minutes and fully documenting the key outputs from PPM meetings, whilst being the liaison between project managers and production studios elsewhere in the UK. You will manage projects from key markets from start to finish including invoicing so a hands on approach, can do attitude with the ability to multi task is essential.

Location
The position is Remote with some travel requirements, however, the candidate need to be based in Sweden.

Essential Responsibilities
To ensure designs and imagery are print feasible and Brand Managed effectively to meet the client’s expectations on cost, quality and timings
Own the relationship with external Printers and the Clients’ Design Agencies
Communicate effectively with external Design Agencies to align on final colours
Attend and lead various meetings for new design initiatives, to fully understand the scope and requirements of the projects themselves. This will involve travel, so a degree of flexibility will be required
To promote a ‘can-do attitude’ in order to meet client’s expectations by partnering and challenging the printers to deliver outstanding printed results
Provide excellent customer service with a ‘Client First’ mindset
Build and maintain strong relationships with all key decision makers within the clients’s organisation
To provide client support within the Artwork Supply chain on issues concerning printability and print quality
Source new printer specifications & Profiles and arrange set up internally.
Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as and when required

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements:
Print management background
Excellent print and production knowledge
Proven Client Facing ability
In this role you must be fluid in Swedish and English languages.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including communicating where English is not the first language
Team worker, with a positive outlook, who will support other members of the team

The Role:
Based at ourBoulogne-Billancourt site, the successful applicant will work as part of a busy and thriving reprographics department. They will be an integral part of the Print Conversion Team that specialises in the Flexographic printing process and will be expected to have experience creating single image repro files using Esko Packedge and complex step & repeat files using Esko Plato.
